What to expect

Walk In Clinic observes all COVID-19 protocols. Masks are optional for both patients and medical team. There is regular sanitizing of the facility and the medical tools, devices and equipment.

DOT Exam Patients: 

What to Bring:

  • Your driver's license or identification.

  • Any necessary medical records or documentation related to your health history.

  • Eyeglasses or contact lenses if you use them for vision correction.

  • Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement during the examination.

  • Payment method for any required fees (if applicable).

Regular Medical Walk-In Patients

  •  No need for an appointment. Just walk-in. We expect you to be masked when you come to the clinic. Please sign in at the front desk. 

  •  Your clinician will discuss your symptoms and perform an examination, which may include a lab test.

  • Your clinician will make a diagnosis and provide a treatment plan.

 

  • A visit summary will be given to you and send to your primary care provider at your request.

  • ​You are responsible for your insurance copay or the price listed on our menu along with any additional charges at the time of the visit.

  • All patients will be seen by a medical team member on a first come, first serve basis.
